Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time from dispatch: 7–20 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking & Support

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not yet begun.

Incorrect Address

Address changes may be possible within 24 hours of placing your order but cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and include your order number and a clear photo if applicable.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with consumer protection laws.
